Our CNC milling machine / router, type High-Z provides:
Stable and affordable, thus low priced CNC portal routers / milling machines / engraving machine technique at its best cost/performance ratio. Due to the special frame profile construction, our CNC routers / milling machines are a lot more buckling resistant than most machines of other providers.
Our „smallest“ milling machine / router is equipped with high-tensile, 22 mm strong and approx. 60 hrc., inductive surface-hardened linear guides. With its 400 x 300 mm, Z = 100 mm traverse path incl. 4-channel-2.1A-micro pacing, breakerless reference and limit switches on all axes, double-saved emergency stop and the uniquely functioning CAD/CAM software ConstruCAM-3D (when purchasing a High-Z S-400/T router and later models this software is also included) as well as the control software WIN PCNC Light it only costs a little more than 2,000 Euros.
Attention: We do not sell single components for the self-construction of CNC routers / milling machines (construction sets), because with these construction sets, due to the higher tolerance within the mechanical components, it’s impossible to obtain a precise milling result.
Clear advantages of the High-Z CNC machine:
No belt drive on the x-axis (sliding of long parts is no problem), constant strength endurance with 2 motors on the X-axis. No drive screw under the table surface, and therefore portable due to the open construction and applicable on very high items.
Use of highly-wear resistant nylatron screw nuts, which we adjust to the drive screw by hand up to 20 µm. This provides a maximum accuracy. No use of over-dimensional drive screws, which cause a limited performance of motors and machine.
Exactly synchronized electrical and mechanical components are provided. No instant additional electrical purchased parts for the control system coming from Far East.
